Always clean, very nice gym. Good maintenance and front office staff. We renewed here, so that says it all.
The staff are helpful and friendly, and the maintenance staff are timely with fixing things. The grounds are clean, and you never hear any noise from the neighbors!
The pricing for rent is reasonable considering that its close to campus and close to Archer Rd. Friendly and helpful staff. Free printing is great. The gym is kinda old and not the best but it is pretty spacious. Pools are always clean. Great atmosphere around the apartment complex, lots of trees and nature. Soooo much parking around, can pretty much park an 18-wheeler here.
The apartment itself is pretty average. Nothing fancy but it's also cheaper than most other places in the area. Great Location. I bike to Shands every day and it's a little less than 2 miles. Good amenities (cable and internet as well as a gym/pools). Maintenance is very good, always come within 1-2 days of placing a work order.
