Good location and apartments. Maintenance is rather prompt in response as well
I've lived here for four years and have enjoyed it. Location is very convenient and close to school especially Shands. My apt unit is older so there's some wear and tear. Maintenance is very timely and the gym is great. Price is cheaper than the more luxurious complexes on archer.
I haven't lived here for that long, but in the time I have, I really am thankful for how close the complex is to campus. Even after a long day on campus, it only takes about 10 minutes to get home, even with congested traffic. In addition, I like how there is a security gate as well, so there is a sense of security.
