RecommendedI’ve stayed at the sister complex which is called The laurels while I was in college about 6 or 7 years ago. The property and staff was amazing. I was thinking about moving to Oxford manor but was very hesitant. The young lady Brelyn really helped me with answering info about the requirements & the floor plans, square footage, standard & upgraded packages. I am honestly considering making the move now! Thank you front office staff!
The staff here are really helpful, patient, and kind. I’ve lived in a few different complexes here in Gainesville, and not all of those experiences were pleasant. But in the month-and-a-half that I’ve been in Oxford Manor, I’ve received only the best care and assistance from the front office staff and maintenance team. Thanks for all of your hard work, Breyln and Richard R.! 🤩🥳😁
The location is near perfect, it’s close to campus and archer road for all your shopping. The maintenance team is great and very professional, especially Richard. Richard has done an amazing job with any maintenance requests I’ve had, he’s been super professional and quick.
So far into the semester everything has been great. Recently had an excellent experience with maintenance; Richard was extremely helpful and very kind when he came to service the apartment :)
I have enjoyed my time at oxford manor so far. The staff is friendly and it's a reasonable price for a room. I like the distance to campus. @richard from maintenance was especially great fixing any problems in the apartment.
My friend just recently signed a lease with Oxford and the leasing agent did so good, I’m thinking about signing too. Zehna was amazing and I encourage anyone who is interested in these apartments to sign with her. She is very thorough and was super honest with my friend which is super refreshing when it comes to signing a lease.

Oxford Manor is like THE BEST Place to stay if you’re a college student, post grad etc! Omg! It’s safe, clean, conveniently located next to campus and reasonably priced! The front office staff have been so helpful! Brelyn is the person that has helped me with almost everything! I want to take the time out to say that the staff and the manager Meghan Gillford is amazing 😉! We were invited with open arms there, the maintenance staff also was great in helping my staff get organized with everything that need to be done at the property!
