My family and I have been with Oxford Drive Medical Centre for the last 9 years and I'm so glad we chose this practice. The staff have all been amazing - the receptionists are lovely and friendly, which I believe is so important being the first point of contact. They always do their very best to get you an appointment asap, sometimes the same day! We’ve been registered with Oxford Drive Medical Centre for the past 11 years, and I felt it was time to leave a positive review for the wonderful care we’ve consistently received. Everyone from the reception team to the medical staff has always been helpful, polite, and professional. Over the past few weeks, I’ve had a few appointments with Nurse Janet, Pathologist Kaur, and Dr. Amer. Th Lady doctor who visited Mrs Joan Heller was ‘ok’ with Joan but as I am her sister and have been caring for her during this trying period the doctor was very unpleasant and for an NHS doctor to say “see your own doctor “ after telling her I am not from the area but am caring for Joan and also have caught Joan’s infection I found this both upsetting and unacceptable. Let her be reminded that her education and salary is paid to her by ALL of us!!
