Had blood taken from Florence today and was one of the top 3 experiences I've had (and I've had many). Didn't poke blindly for a vein and was a calming presence to my anxiety. Was really quick in and out (I did pre book) and I was a little late but they didn't mind. Quality place! Just needs some better signage as I walked into the wrong building from the car park. Plenty of spaces though

What is the purpose to open it till 7:30pm when you do not collect simple blood samples after 4:00pm??? wasting tax payers money? you should close it at 4:00pm.
