I had a really disappointing experience with the receptionist during my recent visit. She had brown hair and glasses and was incredibly rude from the moment I approached the desk. Her tone was dismissive, and she didn’t seem interested in helping or even listening properly to what I was saying. Excellent
Went in for a chest x-ray -and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Lovely friendly staff. Could not have been more efficient and patient focused. A great example of health care at its best.
Rudest receptionist ever has brown hair and glasses she sits and glares at you shame really as other lady is friendly I think you are in the wrong job!
