I am so overwhelmed by the office staff/ maintenance staff here at Oxford at Iron Horse, and it has only been 2 days!!! Office staff is "WONDERFUL"!!! Brittany never gave up and found us our dream apartment!! Upon reviewing apartment at move in, we had a few minor, minor issues. Within 2 hours, maintenance was here repairing minor issues!! Not used to that, last complex would take at least a week and it still wouldn't be fixed.. This is were I am going to call home for a long time!!! Thank you Oxford at Iron Horse!!!
My husband and I moved in almost 4 months ago and WE LOVE IT. We were so nervous to move into an apartment as we have always lived in a house. We have only heard our neighbors once, our unit is so quiet. Everyone is so friendly, it feels safe and is well kept. We couldn't be happier, hopefully it will stay that way!!
We've lived here for a year now and still love it. Really love the small town feel (quite) but within minutes from everything you need. Not to mention friendly people and great staff!
I loved living here. It makes you feel like you're in a town home. But more importantly maintenance takes care of stuff fast, the office is helpful and when I moved out they didn't take an unfair amount from my deposit. I cleaned up well so they didn't even charge a cleaning fee. Just 50$ for patch work, which was fair because my old roommate gouged up the walls.
Beautiful grounds, a very nice dog park. Maintenance department takes care of very fast. Great pool areas, grills awesome
I visited this property and a very handsome guy named Taylor helped me. He showed me everything around. Love the landscaping, love the property amenities and of course the floor plants. Too sad I didn't get his number.
