We live in this community and we have had a car break in last week. We called to report it to the front office only so they could tell us that they received calls from our neighboring community that also got hit. So we got upset because normally they always send out a mass message to residents on text and email and they never bothered to warn us about this. We LOVE it Here at OIH!!! Our little family enjoys the large walking trail and the golf-course/ lake-view Park. The Office Ladies are Fun & Professional. The Maintenance Crew is Fast & Courteous. These are the Nicest apartment/townhomes in the area, for under 1500 a month. This is our perfect temporary home!
Please, do yourself a favor and not rent from this property. We just moved out and here we are getting a bill for $711 for carpet and paint when we had asked if we needed to deep clean the carpet and we were told by the office we didn’t have to because that would be done automatically at the end of our lease and the same, when we asked maintenance for paint, we were told not to worry bcuz they were planning to change colors. safe frendly and close to everything
As it is possible that it is paid by a pet control and even so a rat has entered my house. In more than one occasion I told you that I have seen rats running around and I have never seen them do anything. Today, Saturday, I saw her at my house and when I call to resolve they tell me that it is not possible until Wednesday. I live with a 2 year old girl and obviously this situation is not safe for us
