Stephen was very rude to me on the phone. I was spoken to so unprofessionally and i am utterly shocked that he even claimed that i intended to not pay my taxes. I called to inquire whether he would be able to help me process my US Taxes as a non US resident Alien for money I received from my Aunt who has sadly passed away in the US. As a British Citizen i am understandably not familiar with the IRS and wanted to know about how much tax i should be paying in relation to US & UK tax treaties for withholding tax.
