Sadly, I had an appalling experience with Owl Bathrooms. The work was so bad that I had to cease work with them and use another builder to finish it. The grouting was so sloppy (some bits were even different colours) that it had to be removed and re-grouted, which damaged my tiles beyond repair. The bathroom taps were not plumbed in centrally to the bath tub. The waste pipe outside was installed terribly. OWL Bathrooms did a first class job of designing our new bathroom - their advice and knowledge was invaluable in realising the vision we wanted. The products recommended and used are of an excellent quality and ensure that our finished bathroom looks like it should be in a 5 star hotel.
Excellent from start to finish! Mark came to measure our bathroom on time, when he said he would with no messing about. Then he invited us to his showroom in Hitchin which was well worth a visit. During the process, Mark guided us through the best options for what we wanted, gave us loads of choice about what would work and helped us with getting what we needed. Mark and his team of Andris and Adrian did a fantastic job of 2 bathroom/en-suite refurbs. The initial quotation was clear and accurate, and ongoing communication around the inevitable changes was too. The quality of the tiling was excellent. They were very considerable in the house and tried hard to minimise the impact on other areas. One of the bathrooms involved extensive groundwork to re-route the soil pipe and also the demolition and reconstruction of an internal wall, which they handled competently.
