Arrogant rude and fail to reply to concerns which seems to be the way they deal with customers reading reviews on different sites. Owning flats with other Bournemouth managements agents I can clearly state O&P are in division 4. AVOID AVOID AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
