I am so incredibly appalled and disappointed with the service I experienced at this surgery. My partner required urgent medical attention and is dealing with a very sensitive situation. Unfortunately, the receptionist was quite rude. unprofessional and refused to assist her. She pleaded for an appointment before registering, but they refused and ultimately stopped responding.
