Absolutely awful. 3 years of dental treatment wasted, got told that I just need to persevere with faulty twin blocks, when I said I wanted a second opinion they told me to go for it and as good as said to not come back. Most patronising people ever, made me feel really nervous going and dreaded the opointments.
Had the fortune of being with my partner for his appointment. She was extremely rude and patronising, not the first time either. Completely disgusted with the way she spoke whilst I was in the room present, he was told his binders was a waste of tax payers money and then told not to return.
Dr Max Hain is absolutely amazing, really glad that's he's my orthodontist. I couldn't ask for a better one.
Very good and friendly orthodontist, I've been attending for a year. Haven't had any unpleasant situations.
