Just rude staff, I'm a very patient person, and I never compalin if I have to wait a few minutes and sometime it happens, in busy lifes to have to wait. But this time I was 5 minutes late and they made me wait 50 minutes, the nurse said , that because I was late I had to wait, but I also had 2 appointments, because I have 2 cats, so the first appointement at 3:15pm I was late 5 minutes and they didn't let me go in , but for the second appointment, at 3:45pm, they where 25 minutes late. Can't fault this practice amazing staff
A great vet practice. Always lovely from the reception to the vet themselves. Everyone is always happy to answer questions and queries. And most importantly, my dogs are treated ever so kindly at all times.
Lovely welcome as soon as you enter. Very pleasant and professional throughout our visit. Highly recommend
