Really great place to live in Waco, bit of a rough patch the last few months from a while. Lots of issues are fixed, package pickup is gone, new wifi is a great upgrade, and I like the new out door kitchen.

I love the new renovations! I'm so excited about having granite countertops in my apartment and the new study room in the renovated clubhouse. Also thank goodness they got rid of the package pickup times!
Honestly so excited for the new renovations! The new Management has been really helpful with the transition and has been working with me to make life so much easier. The hardwood floors are a really nice addition so my cat won't mess up the carpet!
