Simply, I would recommend looking elsewhere. With the recent new management, there seems to be some promising changes. However, there have been continuous issues since I have lived here.
Management is poor, renovations are inconvenient, and above all their painting the apartments blue jajaja
Great staff and I have been loving the new renovations! Just all around a great place to live!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE!!! THEY HAVE GOT TO BE THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN WACO TO LIVE FOR STUDENTS. THEY TRY TO LURE YOU IN WITH GIVEAWAYS - THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT...TRUST ME IT IS AS BAD IF NOT WORST THAN THE FIRST MANAGEMENT TEAM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!!
