Came by to check out the complex and it was amazing. The new renovations look amazing and the staff is great. I was helped out by Destany and she was excellent.
After my daughter paid the rent for the last month of her contract, The Outpost came in and began remodeling. They tore out her flooring and carpet, the kitchen counter tops and shelving, and moved her furniture out on the balcony. She had to live like that for the last three weeks of her contract. The Outpost would not give any deduction in rent for that month. If I could use a rating lower than one star I would. Avoid these apartments at all costs. Management cannot be trusted.
The renovations have been hell for the people living there. The workers have been extremely sloppy and careless with people's stuff, they left broken glass on our floors and my roommates feet got cut up pretty badly. But the worst of it all is the management doesn't seem to give a damn that there residence are so unhappy. they have laughed in the face of people who have complained. Great customer service!!! Renovations look like they will be very nice
I love it here! Its so conveniently close to campus and there is a bus shuttle that runs throughout each semester. Also, the new renovations are gorgeous, a true upgrade from what I had my first year living here. The leasing manager and other CAs are so helpful and friendly, it makes me so happy to stay.
The new updates are looking fabulous!! Love the wood flooring and the new counter tops and backsplash are a very nice touch!!
Dope place to live. Dope staff. Dope pool. The leasing manager really helped me with some drama I had moving in.
Awesome new renovations. Love the look and homie feel of the complex. The staff are so helpfull and always ready to go the extra mile to make this THE place to live!! Great Job!!!
