RecommendedA great, safe place to live in the Baylor/Waco area.
Wonderful Management, they provide fun events for the residents from time to time, we have used the facilities for a baby shower for family. It is very spacious, both the communal areas, and the actual apartments themselves. It is in a prime location to Baylor, a flea market up the road, and Magnolia Table! Great atmosphere and pet friendly!
I love this place!! Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful! I have no issues living here, I highly recommend!

extremely poor customer service. they will take your money and run and make all sorts of funny excuses! and then everybody acts clueless about it!!! they got a half a star from me! do not go to this place for an apartment!!
Apartments are nice, updated, pet friendly and clean. We had an issue with the HVAC system that took a few attempts to get fixed but the manager really took ownership of the problems and made sure they were corrected. They are always friendly and reasonably priced so if you’re looking for a comfortable and safe place to live in Waco check out the Outpost!
Great place to live! They have a really nice gym, basketball court, beach volley ball, and the front desk is super nice and helpful!
Pretty chill- reasonable rates, nice rooms and give out free stuff pretty often (iPhone X). Would recommend
