I used to live at The Grove down the street...take it from me The Outpost is so much better!
Charged us for "damage" done to our unit after they previously declared it to be normal wear and tear. Dishonest and abusive management, looking to nickel and dime residents out of their money even after the lease has been up.
Management is a joke. The employees are lazy. I'm still waiting on maintenance requests from August to be finished that have been sent in 7 times.
There is always something fun going on!
