Fantastic service and to have an online store like this with so many lines was great. It was even better being able to collect with no need to wait on postage. 5* all the way.
seller sent me an incorrect item - ignored my returns request so i sent them a message, and I got the following reply - "Ignoring you?? what are you talking about, 1. This is your first message, 2 I'm on holiday" Proper Outfit. Better off just using someone else, plenty of decent companies out there.
Needed parts for my brothers lawn mower delivered them same day. Fantastic service.
I didn't know this was an online company. I turned up at the warehouse at the end of the day and they were obviously busy with their despatches. However they took the time to locate a replacement part I required for my ancient petrol mower.
