We were extremely happy with the work despite the guys having to work in the boring rain. They worked hard and professionally giving us a quality end result
Rich was quick to respond when we first contacted him and explained the work involved in an easy to understand way. We had to wait a few weeks as they were busy (a good sign in my view), but inly for a few weeks. They arrived a d hit straight into the work and it was all dine in a couple of days with little inconvenience. Rich and the guys did a great job and we are very pleased.
I used the group company, Harbron Home Improvements, to lay a resin patio in 2022. They charged me a fortune and laid it on top of existing slabs which have moved so there are cracks appearing. It’s gone green because the base isn’t porous and I’m about to pay to have it ripped up. Harbron have gone bust so the guarantee is worthless. Be very careful with these guys and ask to visit other customers before you buy.
Outdoor Home Improvements did a fantastic job renovating our tiered patio area with a resin and paved finish. They added glass balustrades, a handrail, widened the existing steps, created new steps, demolished a shed and erected a summerhouse. The patio is completely unrecognisable and all work completed was to a high standard. The team were all very professional and reliable ensuring they liaised with us throughout the job. I would highly recommend this company.
