RecommendedWe had a great experience at Outback in Williamsburg. Food was hot and fresh and service was great! The Ribeye was AMAZING!
get the order correct and when told a manger would be in contact maybe they should follow thru, spent over $70. and didn't even get the second salad, and no phone call :(
Outback in Williamsburg VA SUCKED, floors were dirty with tons of food pieces. Waitress STUNK like a dirty ashtray. Staff was very inconsistent and disorderly. Food tasted like food at best, but nothing special, steak was cold, shrimp was nasty, Salmon over cooked. Waitress dropped the kids chicken fingers off the plate on to the serving tray, and proceeded to put them back on the plates with her BARE hands, then said it’s ok my hands are clean. Excellent food and service!
Waitress was very slow. Waited at least a half hour just for my wine and our bread. Salads were warm. Bake potatoe was half burnt. Took forever to get our food and check. Mash potatoes were bland. We have eaten there many times and never had a problem. Not sure what was wrong this time.

The food was awesome! Had great service! The server was very helpful and professional. The server forgot I was part of the dining awards but she correct the receipt.
Giving a three because the service wAs a four but the food was very disappointing
Service was horrible! Had a 20-25 minute wait with less than half the restaurant full. Got to our table and had to wait another 20 minutes before our drinks were dropped. Asked to speak to a manager and that took another 10 minutes. Coffee was an additional 10 minutes. Ridiculous!!
Best service we had while in Williamsburg, VA! Chris, the bartender, went above & beyond while they were short handed by not only taking our order but seeing us through from appetizer to desert, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again, Chris!!
