Second time we have had a horrible experience on a Sunday night. Entered at 9:03 with a party of 6. The hostess responded with SIX?? When we asked if that was a problem, she sighed and said "well, I have to see if I can find you a table." The restaurant was practically empty! We stated that we would just leave and there was no attempt to stop us or to reconcile the situation. A server approached and heard the conversation. He simply shrugged and walked away. Terrible customer service again!
you know what you're going to get at Outback, whether it's here or timbuktu. they didn't disappoint. Even at Outback though, the server can make a difference. Our server was very good, friendly and efficient.
The consistency of this upscale chain is excellent. The steaks are high grade and cooked expertly. As is normal, drink prices are high. Vegetables are above average but just barely. Staff also was as expected at above average. Also as expected, the shrimp were over cooked by the time it reached the table sticking to the skewer. Overall, it met my expectations.

I am not one to normally review how tonight we had the best service! I checked in online and when we arrived were sat without issues. The hostess was great and made my kids laugh from the moment we stepped in. When we were leaving she wished us a safe trip home as she rwmbwres we were from out of town. Orders were wrong up and down the table, steaks weren't cooked well, "managing partner" was dismissive and eager to get us out quickly. This location is clearly in trouble. BUT our waitress was wonderful.
the food was cooked very wrong and when asked to fix it the waiter was in adiquate and made the problem worse, people were waiting over 45 min for a burger and pasta, then the waiter talked crap about our party right in front of the grandkids, it was a family birthday party and we left very disappointed in the food and the service. Would not recommend going here to anyone saddly.
