We went to Williamsburg Outback last night 12/29/17. They messed up on the seating chart and started seating people before us when we should have been 1st but once we brought it to their attention they fixed it. Our waiter Matthew was awesome and everything was brought out hot and in a timely fashion. The food was great and we enjoyed our time and dinner there. Great job Matthew!!
One of the worst places I’ve eaten at. The cook is horrible. The server wasn’t that great, and the manager didn’t manage. Cold steak, burnt shrimp, prime rib that was horrible looking. I’d stay away if I were you. Go down the street to Longhorn.

The food was excellent and Claudette was an awesome server!! Will definitely come back when in the are again!!
I usually love Outback, but this time nothing went right. We were told we had a 20 minute wait and it was over an hour because the sat people ahead of us that came in after us. They admitted it and apologized. Next after we ordered, our good took almost an hour to come out. Then after it came out, my sister- in- law got 8 wings instead of 10 that come with the meal , my brother ordered prime rib, medium well done. It was so dry he could not cut it. It was amazing . Wonderful service and I had the filet mignon it is was outstanding .
