My husband and I went to out back for the first time. and it was real clean and the waiter we had name Matt was awesome. We even talk to manager he so nice. We are planning on going back .
Placed a to go order and TWICE food was cooked wrong!!! Once undercooked then overcooked. Highly disappointed!!! This is NOT med well
I got the center sirloin steak and it was as tender as a rib eye. Tasted great. it came with the all you can eat shrimp and the refills were as good as the first.

I came into Outback last week and I had to ask the manager to stop yelling at his kitchen crew because his screams were resonating throughout the entire restaurant and there were kids in the place that could hear every word. I came back this week and saw a bar patron that was so over served that he stumbled over and passed out in a bar booth. I will never return to this Outback again the so called owner was a complete jerk. Over half the food was messed up and he wanted to argue about it. Not one time did he say sorry or offer anything! The two waiters we had were great!!
Didn’t get silverware for long time. Brought out a drink w a hair all over the glass and a wrong drink. Then forgot our salads, didn’t put the garlic butter on our steak, Mac and cheese was totally forgotten and was tried to be given at the end of our dinner. Mac and cheese was only thing offered to be taken off the bill but the nice waitress got the manager to give more. Very poor experience will Not be back
I will never go back. Called ahead made a 730 reservation get there at 720. We were told it would be a half hour wait. An hour and 10 minutes later had to argue with a manager to get a table. Took almost an hour to get our food as well. In total we spent almost 3 hours just trying to get dinner. Bad managing at its finest
