This Outback has always been great. Service is consistently great and the food never disappoints. As a matter of fact, this place has ruined us because our Outback in our hometown can’t even come close to this one. Thank you for being consistent.
The FOH Manger has no business in his position. Both hostess girls spent more time on their cellphones then anything. Bathrooms were NASTY. FOH Manger caught an attitude with a group who had reservations for a table of ten then tried to tell them that their reservation was only for 10 people not the 12 they showed up with. This group only had 10 people show up so apparently Manager can’t count.
Greeter gave away our table. Order not taken for 15 minutes. Food came out in wrong order and two orders were wrong. Manager came over to apologize and ensure things would go right. They didn’t. Waitress would disappear continuously. For got to bring check twice. It took 3 of us 2 and a half hours to finish supper. On the upside the food was very good, the kitchen knows what it is doing. Management and the wait staff, not so much.

I’m a frequent guest at this restaurant and the food is always spot on. I never feel like I have to over wait for a seat when I’ve had too. The summertime can be especially challenging Bc of the tourist season but my wife and I are loyal Marcus and his staff. The blue cheese chopped salad is by far my favorite salad anywhere. Steven and Keith are my regular servers and are an asset to this company and location. If we all showed a little patience with our food service establishments things would be a lot less stressful.
