The African American female manager is amazing!!! My favorite Outback!
Used to be a regular customer ordered to go orders last 2 weeks both times the steaks were undercooked and when I called to speak to a manager to inform them of the issue I was placed on a long hold than the call was answered and I was told the manger was too busy to talk to me. Last to go order was incomplete and missing the desert they couldn’t explain to me a reasoning why the last 2 weeks they can’t get the to go orders right. Honestly i love the manager with the locks in his hair he is super nice but the service staff needs work i spent $90 and left a $18 dollar tip tonight and my Togo order wasn’t completely right i def. asked for a sweet potato and got mashed potatoes and the grilled shrimp is too salty or too much garlic it got mega complaints tonight I’m mad about that because even though his service was mediocre it could’ve been amazing as a server myself you gotta fake the funk even when you’re tired. Our food was great! Our server, Deidrick was amazing! Everyone was friendly and made our dining experience wonderful! We will be back.

My friend and her family went to Outback (Hampton) and had the pleasure of having Shauna as their waitress. She was pleasant and on top of all of their wants/needs! At the end of the meal she gave a hand-written card to my friend. As my friend read it, she realized it was for her daughter!!! It read “It was a pleasure taking care of you and your family. *You are such a sweet and respectful young lady. You will have a bright future �Shauna and Outback staff” Kudos to Shauna for exemplary customer service and for showing love!
loved the food, service was great not to crowded for once too, steak was a little expensive but I had a good meal
