The customer service was great but the food wasn’t the best we hardly ate anything even the kids meal was dry and over cooked! She didn’t want to eat it complained it was too salty. We were on a time crunch and couldn’t standby for corrections. Server was great!

The absolute worse service ever! Every time I go to this one it’s always something. I will never spend another dime. The one in Newport News is much better and the customer service is phenomenal. The Hampton location has crappy customer service and are just overall horrible.
We had a party of 6 last night for our granddaughter’s Birthday. Had a great time and the food was good. The best part of the evening was our server, Alfonso, who entertained us with his humor and wit, along with some singing and dancing, (and great service). He taught our granddaughter some musical trivia and made her feel extra special with a complimentary piece of cheesecake complete with candles. We expressed our appreciation to the manager, Dan Melko, and told him that the Hampton Outback was our new favorite.
This place is disgusting. Horrible service. Nasty water and my chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Soup was cold. I was pissed last night. Don't waste your time.
They treat you like family. They make almost everything from scratch! They have 5 dollar drink specials everyday. Oh and don’t forget to ask about the Dine rewards!
Poor service we waiting 40 minutes only for some body Ask for my drink.
We ate dinner there and we really enjoyed ourselves
