“Our computers are down. We don’t know how long they will be so we can’t seat anyone.” In all my years of retail, I have never heard something so stupid in my life. I’ll never walk into this Outback again. We were literally turned away at the door on a Tuesday @ 730. Have we gotten to this point where if our technology goes down we no longer know how to function?????
RecommendedTruly, the service at this particular restaurant is awesome. We had been to another, also, not far from our home. But the service and food ...not so good. Top notch service is what brings us back to this particular location. Hut the food is always excellent. I also love that the managers come around to check on each table. — with Luigi Avarello.

I go to outback in Newport News every Thursday evening. I look forward to it. I also look forward to seeing Megan G as our server. I request her as our server every time. Most of the workers are very nice, helpful, courteous. Megan goes the extra mile. Ashley Marley, owner, is very friendly and loves her staff and customers.
I had metal in my food an I almost choke on it
Valentines dinner with my honey food was great waitress was phenomenal
food was delicious and steaks were perfectly cooked
