After waiting over an hour for our pick up order, my husband got home to find my meal was missing. Way missed the mark tonight. Hungry and disappointed

*edit* I called the store and the Manager, Stephanie could not have been more helpful - she sent out new food delivered to us so we wouldn’t have to go back to the store. Handled it perfectly. This is my shrimp (see pic). I’m very confused. Whatever it is has bites taken out of it and some sort of dark sauce in the aluminum. They forgot my daughter’s entire meal. Steaks burned. Almost $100 down the drain and a disappointed child.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've come here twice and both times I was told the wait would be an hour despite there being 4-5 table occupied. The host even made a comment to the waitress, when she showed up, that he had paged her 5 times and she just walked off. That is beyond unprofessional and just rude. This place seriously needs a staff overhaul with people who actually are in the restaurant business.

we had a very good experience here tonight food was prepared well Service was excellent it was my birthday meal
I just ordered dinner from Outback through DoorDash and it was the worst food ever. My medium well steak was practically burnt, the shrimp I added to my meal ended up in my boyfriend's plate and he is highly allergic to shellfish, and my baked potato was ROTTEN! Completely dark brown on the inside. I have pics of it. I will never order from or dine there again. I spent over 70.00 and all I got was disappointment! DoorDash however was amazing, arrived exactly when they said they would .
Food was dry and cold. Spoke with a manager said he would make it right and never heard from him again. Haven’t eaten there in years and will not be going back 🖕🏾
friendly service great food
Went tonight for casual meal at the bar with drinks. Didn’t even realize it was taking longer than normal until the bartender came and apologized. She offered us salads until our food came out. Then the manager Lucy came with our food and apologize again. They where amazing and very professional. Thank you for great service
