I ordered a to go order my blooming onion was cold and my chicken strips and fries were cold they told me the wait was 30 mins got there on time still cold
My family and I went in for dinner on 8/5/18 at around 330pm. The hostess told us it would be a few mins since they were in the middle of shift change. We waited 5mins to be sat. After being sat we waited another 10mins and not one single person came to our table to take our drink order. We finally got up and left. Staff were standing around the hotess area at the entrance and staff walked by our table multiple times.This outback location has the worst service! We usually love outback but will not be back to this location.
After requesting a booth and waiting 30 mins we were led to a table ..a table crammed in with strangers inches away and 3 chairs no less (4 of us) ..next after ordering iced tea.. we were brought hot tea with a couple cubes of ice that promply melted..so we only ordered appetizers spending least amont possible and getting out as fast as possible.. and are headed to have dinner somewhere else..and i suggest anyone else have dinner somewhere else also
