FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GREAT.
The first trip here ended up a huge mistake. We love outback, but this location was awful. They have us gift cards we ended up using at the Beach. We tried again today and HUGE mistake. Never again. This location will ruin outback’s reputation for good service & good food.
We called ahead for a party of 14, we were told to arrive at 5:30 to ensure shorter wait. We arrived and waited and waited and waited . After sitting, it took 3 requests to get a water, took the food over 40 min to come out. The portion size was terrible, told they would fix it , had to ask two times for the fix to come out.... then had to ask for our checks to leave. Waited 15 min to get checks that were wrong. RecommendedWe always love this Outback. Our server tonight was Josh and he was better than excellent !!!!! Food was perfect and I would recommend this place 100% !!!!!
Saturday night we were on our way home and decided to stop at Outback for a drink and something to snack on. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Josh who took our order. We ordered a small appetizer, I ordered a draft beer, and my husband ordered a martini with twist. Josh had no trouble making the martini, and my husband said it was an excellent one.
