Ehhh ... I try to be considerate but we never got served any bread which is complementary. We never got served napkins or silverware which is also complementary. When we did get silverware it was dirty not just water spots food was stuck inside the forks. She also forgot to add on stuff. And by the end of the meal with everything we ordered our table just kept filling up with dishes and there was no space for me to even sign the ticket. It was pretty frustrating. If you don’t mind cold food this is the place to eat!!’ When we complained to management was told that they are short staffed and have got a lot of complaints about cold food!! Really??! This place needs new management before it goes out of business! We will never go back!
Called ahead to make sure they could host big table. Waited over 1 hour. Was told 15 more mins and waited 45 more mins to find out that Name was “deleted” off list by mistake. Didn’t find this out till I ask how much longer again and so now we are having to seat at different tables and we drove over an hour to visit with family. Waiter took Blooming Onion off table while we were still eating... can you say rude
I wanted a good steak if I have to use steak sauce because your steak is so plain and gross it’s definitely not my kind of steak.
Ever since the new ownership the food is so disgusting! Even if you PAY for extra anything you don't get it. The staff is incompetent and the managers are even worse! Sad there is only one in Spartanburg bc it's actually a dump now. The curbside service is a joke. You never get what you order/pay for. You get what they decide to give you. It takes ten plus minutes to even order bc you get hung up several times. Dont know what kind of clown circus they're running here. Got seated at a dirty table with food still on it and get another tables 5 drinks poured all over me and my dad gets knocked in the head with the tray in 5 minutes of being seated and we hadnt even got our drink order in. Who's running this damn place. Calling corporate on Monday. Didn't even get a apology from the girl for ruining my clothes nor reimbursement.
