We eat at Outback a lot. Even when we travel. It was very apparent that they were understaffed last night. It was New Years Eve. It took a while to get our food. Ran out of baked potatoes and it was only 6:00. Steaks were cool not hot when served but OK. Cook perfectly though. Our guest with us only ordered a soup and salad. He got his soup after the rest of us was having desert. Our waitress was great. And very apologetic. And comped him a desert.
Our waiter was awesome!! I can't remember his name but he was great! should give that guy a raise! our food was good. The only thing was my husband ordered a med well steak and they cooked it med rare. Other then that everything was great!
Food quality is always outstanding!

Love the food, but we ate there yesterday and I gave my phone number for my dine rewards. I asked the waitress did she apply my phone number and she said no, "I threw the paper away, I need it again." So, I gave her the phone number again. She said she applied my number. Usually, I get an email immediately. Today is Monday, still did not get my dine rewards! Not too happy!
Food is tasteless service is slow
