Last two times I’ve been there,got water waited,waited no order taken left after 30 min. Went Dec.29 nobody there really 40-45 min. wait.left got in car going to Texas Roadhouse called outback 1 hr. 40 min. I ask why when nobody there she said in middle of shift change.I really think no cook or servers was there.like I was told few months back when service was slow.I like Outback but please get it together please.

great food, the waiter needs more training, but food was good!
My husband is traveling through town and put a delivery order in at 7 pm. he was told it would be about an hour. They called him around 8:15 and told him they were sorry they don't deliver after 8 and proceeded to tell him their delivery drivers left a little early and asked my husband to pick up his order. he explained that was impossible because he is stuck in town waiting for a vehicle repair. the manager asked a server to drop it off on their way home and they "didn't want to"... and just told my husband they would just ... read more

Outdoor dining not available as stated on a prior Facebook post. A waste of time coming across town on my birthday!! 😡
We have used Outback for several meals and up until this past month, things were ok. Today's order for 8 people was completely disappointing. I entered it online at 10:30 for 11:45 pickup. I called at 11:15 and was told the order had just been enyered because sometimes there is a glitch and the orders don't go through on time. we received only 2 silverwares, no bread, no salad dressing; I ordered mashed potatoes, got baked with nothing to put on it. Service was terrible. We had to ask for butter to go with the bread and a drink refill. Lettuce was brown. Food was cold.
