My Wife and I had a Date and Movie Night. Went to Outback for dinner and everything was Amazing. The Service was Great, it was fast, maybe a little too fast, didn't get to enjoy the Bloomin Onion as much before the food got there but we were a little behind schedule so no complaints. Food was cooked perfectly and hot. Service with a smile and even the Manager stopped by to make sure all was well. Very enjoyable night though the movie kinda sucked afterwards �
Standing there waiting with several other folks look around like 7 empty tables ask hostess about why they are empty they are saved for people on the way. Looks to me like you seat the ones standing not on their way. Finally raise enough stink get seated bring out tea like sugar water no color no taste. Order ribeye toughest steak had in while go to salt pepper no pepper on table and salt was empty. Haven’t seen waiter since sitting drinks down. Anyway could go on on but the moral of this is. ITS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
Service was terrible people standing for over an hour with many empty tables! And the call ahead thing is stupid I seen customers leaving from waiting so long and still tables empty so your people who called ahead didn't show and customers standing right in your facility left because they were tired of waiting! That is ridiculous. Food was nasty, had to get salt and pepper off of another table ourselves, ask for refills!
This was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant paid with a $100 and got 40 back in one dollar bills food was decent but not worth it
We were a party of 9 and had a lovely time. Everyone enjoyed their food and the manager gave us 3 free appetizers cause our wait was a little longer than expected.
Daniel was our server and was so very nice. There was a little problem with our order not being put through correctly and it was delayed some. Daniel told us about it was so apologetic. We told him no problem! The manager also came over and made sure we were taken care of and comped dessert for us. When we go back I will ask for Daniel’s section. Meal was awesome!!
