This place absolutely sucs, after we ordered diner we were told they ran outta prime rib then 10 minutes later we were told they ran outta baked potatoes

our food was very good and brought out in a very timely manner. Erica our waitress was very good with orders and playing along with our grandsons story. Enjoyed our time.
We went last night for our grandson's birthday. Didn't get my salad for about 20 min. Our steaks were overcooked, took 15 minutes to get them recooked. We both had the 6 oz and one was over twice as thick. Chicken was dry. Took us over an hour total to get our food and they were not busy. Food and service were both disappointing and manager didn't seem to care.
Just left this location, was greeted by no one after standing at the door for over 5 mins. Not sure where everyone was? Walked to the back to inform we had been waiting and would be leaving, employees flirting in the back too busy to tend to guests. Will not be returning. Went down the road a bit and Red Lobster took rapid care of us with exceptional service.
I went to this restaurant tonight and I guarantee I will never go back, there was hair in the food and even after it was sent back to be redone they brought it out with hair in it, the steak was undercooked and the service was crap.
