I chose to come here for my 39th birthday this was the worst service I have ever received in my life I made a horrible mistake by choosing to go here never have I had such poor service at any other restaurant ever!

Honestly, it just seems like their customer service is lax. The main reason my family and I go out to eat is for good food and a good customer experience. This last visit they over cooked our prime rib. Then couldn’t fix it because they ran out. I got ribs instead and the meat was flavorless. Manager was nice but a $10 dollar app doesn’t make up for a messed up $44 worth of steak.
Daniel, our waiter, was fan.tas.tic! He was so friendly and attended to us with perfection! Those qualities in a waiter/waitress make all the difference in the world when eating out! Smile, be personable, and treat your patrons like you are happy they came in! Daniel did this, and that made our meal very pleasant and enjoyable! AND.... the food was delicious too!
