Just picked up my curb service order...What a truly GREAT experience! The Server (Kitchen Manager - Steve) went above and beyond with my order AND the on-duty Manager was Wonderful! All ordered food was prepared PERFECTLY! I cannot even describe how pleased I am with the Norman, Oklahoma OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE!!! Many Thanks and I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT WEEK! :)
My daughter, husband and I went there for father's day. Food was delicious and the service was good.
AMAZING place staff were unreal so much fun. But so not aussie at all
Out of the five of us, (one is a 5 yr old) four were not happy with the food we ate...sirloin not tender, mac & cheese wasted, and the salmon and chicken, well, there's really nothing awesome to write home about..
Had dinner with husband Saturday night - we were seated immediately - greeted by our server quickly - drinks arrived promptly - our server Kaitlyn was beyond excellent - only issue was more of a timing issue, entree arrived before we had finished our salads. Food was excellent. Manager was very friendly even though he didn't know I had a praise not a complaint. Will definitely be back!
The Outback has great steaks and the lobster was quite good as well. The atmosphere at lunch time was perfect for me to be able to visit with my son and his friend. The service was good as well. The GM even stopped by our table at the end of our meal. Nice touch. Outback in Norman ACES!
I ordered a steak and loaded potatoes and broccoli, I had to send the steak back, was not cooked all the way. When they came back with my food my family was already ready to go. My potato was hard as a rock, with sour cream when I specifically told them NO sour cream. The broccoli was hard as well. I am not happy with this visit.
The food was delicious. Our server, Monica, was very attentive. Tony, the front manager, was very friendly and came over twice to make sure we were being taken care of. I noticed he went to almost every table while we were there. They've got a good thing going!!
