The food was really good, but the service was a little lacking. My potatoes did not come out till I was almost finished with everything else. The beverages were not refilled unless you waved a waitress down. This was after the lunch rush and there was only a few people there.
My husband and I stopped here on our way to our honeymoon destination. Very friendly, accommodating, and clean. Food was wonderful and we received a dessert on the house :)
Our food and as cold when it came out. The bad thing about it was they wasn't busy at all.
We love Richmond Outback. The food is always done medium rare as ordered, the bartenders are very friendly. We know them and several hostesses by name. We go there at least once a week and always sit at the bar. Our complaint is when you order top shelf bourbon for $8.00 a drink we expect more then ice and water.
Best steak I have had in awhile. Side salads are good too! Not just lettuce. Will be back!!!!

This restaurant can not get it together. After several trips with less than par food and service I was convinced by a friend that the lunch hour was less busy and much better. It is definitely less busy, but still no service. Walked into an empty restaurant with a line to be seated, after 5 min the couple in front of us was seated, then they tell us it will be a few minutes they need to clean a table. Then the hostess goes behind the bar and starts up a conversation. We left.
