Food was awful...our steaks where bloody and not cooked properly.....we will never eat here again!

My wife and I visited over the weekend and where both disappointed in the food. We first ordered the super sampler with their bloomin onion, mac n cheese bites and ranch fries. The onion was not edible due to either bad or old oil used or a fire in the kitchen. When i mentioned it to the server, who was very good by the wa way, he acted as if he knew. Wasn't the experience I normally get. Seemed to be issues there, from hollering from kitchen and staffs reaction. Owner apparently wasn't there.
