3rd time here and again, no prime rib. They do have prime rib this time but only medium well. Nobody eats prime rib medium well. Wait until Texas Roadhouse open. I bet they will have prime rib.
They over cooked the sirloin but how it tasted made up for it, it was all good even the alcoholic drink we got was awesome
Wife and i went there last weekend, potatoes showed up after the meal and were undercooked. Manager went above and beyond to make I right. Kudos!
The host was completely incompetent and forgot to write our name down on the list. After 5 people went ahead of us, I asked what was going on. They had buzzed the wrong pager because later called for another party and didn't have our name on the list. Hosting is not rocket science. Its ashame that the first person a guest sees is person who is incompetent at their job. At least if there is a mistake, there should be some level of admittance and apology however there was none. I will not be back.
Food is always cooked perfectly, and service is great. Nice place for a meal with family and friends.
Went there May 6 after gradation. Horrible mistake. Short staffed. Long wait for drinks and food. With tip it was 264.00. So much pepper on the steaks they could not be ate. One had to be sent back. Asked for medium and got beyond well done. This is the second time at outback with less than desirable service. Will never attempt to eat at one again.
Food needs to be fresh, and cooked to order! A filet is supposed to be thick and juicy but mine was over cooked and flat as a flat iron steak. My husbands prime rib was so undercooked that it had blood running all over was discussing. Baked potato was cold but had the taste of being reheated several times. Very disappointed will not be going back!
Only reason we came was Hubby got gift card. We went and weren't impressed. The kids menu Steak was so heavily peppered my daughter could barely eat it. My steak was heavily salted and peppered, also barely edible!! "THAT'S HOW OUR STEAKS ARE SEASONED" the new manager said. Gave us a free dessert - Best part of the meal. Needless to say we won't be back. TEXAS ROADHOUSE AND O'CHARLEYS KNOW HOW TO SEASON A STEAK.
