I've been trying to get mom to Boone Tavern for years now on Mothers Day she loves "LOVES" Outback for us it's the best in Richmond - or surrounding areas. for family fun and and great food. For the record our amazing waiter Bill or Bobby( i'm bad with names) who got our huge order for four on a packed day, PERFECT . Side note there were only three of us) tuna, steak, three aps and a huge dessert ,hell even a veggie plate- There was even a shout out on the bill for Veterans! Just walked out. We waited for over 30o n nothing. No service everyone around us got waited on. We walked p UT and let them know it
This is the second Saturday that should say it all!!!
Not as good as it use to be! Not sure what's going on but food is horrible! Our waiter was nice but food has been disappointing the last 7 times I've went. (Not my choice) to go, but was always with others who chose. Steak quality has been so bad, even the filet was super chewy even cooked at medium or medium/rare, as well as the sirloin. Broccoli comes out with a full huge stem!? Not sure when it became appropriate to serve broccoli like that... Wish they would fix this place, it COULD be really good!
I have been to this restaurant a couple of times in the last month and I have to be honest the Bloomin Onion was over cooked and the table tops and floors were not clean. The table top was wiped but not clean as you could see the smears on top, the floor was kinda greasy and most definitely slippery. Clean up your act and maybe I will come back but not betting on it!
