Worst experience ever. Went out for my boyfriends Birthday dinner.. & everything that could've went wrong did. Including bringing him out food that he didn't order & that he is allergic to. Needless to say we walked out & went to Logan's Roadhouse where we received great food & great service!!
When we arrived (party of 2) there was only one woman standing there to get a table. The hostess took 15 minutes to help her and there were empty tables everywhere. The server spilled water including on our bread and never said anything or offered to replace bread. Ordered the tortellini soup was told they were out and would be a 25 minute wait for it. Other than that it was ok. Likelihood of going back is slim.
The food was cold and the soup looked like someone barfed in it.
Won't be eating at this outback anymore.. Just below average service and food.. Steak was wrong twice but I wasn't waiting for a third and I would have complained or asked for compensation if someone would have sincerely asked how everything was.. Server barely spoke and whoever was at the door didn't look in our direction, just said have a good evening in between gossiping.. I've had okay service and food here before, but I honestly just don't have the desire to go back.. Yuck all around..
Just had dinner and it was great. Caeser salad was super!
Stopped here late on my way to Cincinnati from Vero Beach, Florida. Food was good. Server was friendly and efficient. I'd stop here again.
