got email after email after email all saying same thing "please call us to discuss" Just answer the question
Oops they forgot to mention they charge an additional $1695 to vacuum and wash it before selling. Dealerships are getting out of hand with these "Processing fees" and "Reconditioning fees!" Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
Slow to respond . Then was to provide updated information which did not come right away. Another dealer was more responsive with a similar offer so I bought there
Salesman was courteous and polite. The vehicle I was interested in had already been sold.
Was really interested in this vehicle, but the dealer can't sell them until they get the go ahead from VW. I had to move on.

I really wanted this truck, but they kept me waiting and then told me: "I don't want to sell you the truck, I wont make enough out of it..." Which is weird because I ended up trading in for a 2016 Colorado for more money, had they really tried I would have buy this one.
Bait and switch at financing table. Watch them closely. Nice salesperson though.
