Salesperson was not very cllient-oriented. Did not communicate clearly. Was not available for information during or after the processing of the purchase.

I didn't buy from them, but they seemed honest and willing to talk about the car I was looking at. The general manager was kind enough to sit down with me and go over my options without intimidation or pressure. I would recommend this dealer, I didn't get a nasty salesman vibe which is a good sign.
The salesman was very easy to work with on the phone and in person, and had our vehicle ready for a test drive before we arrived . The whole process was very professional with no pressure or hassels. We bought a used CR-V from start to finish in less than 1 and half hours, for the price we wanted without any drama. Great experience.
