Viktor came initially just to replace a tap but also helped with our water pressure which was dire. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and great to know he's local, living in Kew. We are having him back to sort out our boiler. Would definitely recommend.
Our boiler died suddenly on New Year's Eve. Viktor Prenga, our popular and respected local plumbing engineer worked tirelessly through his weekend with a colleague to install our brand new boiler. Complex job. Excellent service. Well priced. Thank you. 5 Stars.
Without a doubt would recommend Viktor! Great communicator and very efficient. We didn’t have hot running water and he replaced our old boiler with a new one in a day!! He’s knowledgable and explained everything to us, and also has a good sense of humour! Thanks again!
