Apalling service from Firstport. Classic bad property management company happy to charge loads of fees but make it extremely difficult to communicate with them. I would definitely think twice before taking on a lease managed by them. Between them and the tin-pot solicitors that they use (Womble Bond Dickinson) I have had no end of trouble during a particularly difficult time when my father was extremely unwell and moving into care.
