Rang up enquiring a new part to be fitted on my car 2 weeks ago, the receptionist spoke to the mechanic, who confirmed he’d be happy to do the work (upgraded clutch replacement), we got everything booked in and I have been waiting 2 weeks (with my car getting worse by the day) to have the garage ring me to say they’ve changed their mind 3 hours before I was supposed to drop my car off. Very unprofessional - especially since they knew all the details and the work that would take place. I’d have rather been turned down 2 weeks... read more
