Disappointing! Helped find me a van after days of looking found the perfect one coby went ahead and put my finance through finance was accepted pretty much straight away everything was literally a done deal to be told sorry vans sold. There is no first come first come basis here. Very unfair company
Great car at a very reasonable price. Matthew gave me time to look around the car and take it for a short test drive. He discussed finance and warranty options, as well as discussing the car’s recent service and MOT. On the day of collection, he offered to pick me up from the train station, which was hugely appreciated!
Travelling 500 miles for a used car is arguably fraught with stress and uncertainty. Tia Humphreys (goddess) went the extra mile to negate this. Picked me up from Exeter airport and presented a nicely prepared, serviced and fairly priced Audi A4 (verified by Autotrader). Great communication via WhatsApp with quick, easy payment and admin settled in office. Top marks for a family run business who clearly understand trust in a hard to trust industry! PS, no silly badge either lol
Nice people, friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately test drives are short and accompanied which doesn't help when trying to truly gauge longer journey comfort, now stuck with an uncomfortable car over longer distances. Prices are high too compared with other garages with a very strict 'we don't negotiate here'. The 'gold' extended warranty is way overpriced and has additional clauses that help to avoid payouts if there are major component issues, ensure you look at the small print.
