Purchased a nearly new Ford Ranger, excellent service and fair pricing. Would recommend for your pickup truck and van needs. Apparently they do cars too.

The van came with faulty parts, and diagnosing the issues took them forever. They've had the van for months now, and communication has been dreadful—no one ever returns my calls, and I've had to constantly chase them for updates. I went to Otter Vale to look at some vans after speaking with Jake Robbins on the phone. On my first visit they didn't have a van that matched my requirements. A day or so later I seen a van on their website that I was interested in and it ticked all my boxes. I went to view it at Otter Vale's prep site, decided it was the van for me, so I went to the main site and did a deal with Jake.
