I went to Otter Vale to look at some vans after speaking with Jake Robbins on the phone. On my first visit they didn't have a van that matched my requirements. A day or so later I seen a van on their website that I was interested in and it ticked all my boxes. I purchased a second-hand van from this company for my business back in January, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The van came with faulty parts, and diagnosing the issues took them forever. They've had the van for months now, and communication has been dreadful—no one ever returns my calls, and I've had to constantly chase them for updates.
